Your first step in creating a meaningful memorial. During this design consultation, we’ll explore ideas, review options, and begin shaping your memorial together. Many families choose to finalize and complete their purchase at the end of this appointment, but only if they feel ready.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure we can give every family the time and attention they deserve, we kindly ask that you arrive a few minutes early for your appointment. If you need to reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the time to another family. This appointment is your first step in the design process. Many families choose to finalize their memorial and complete their purchase during this consultation, but there is no obligation to do so. You are welcome to take your time and move forward only when you feel ready.
